Public bug reported:

When you first bring up the interface from either directly calling it or
via testdrive, you will see 2 entries per usb disk.  If you then select
to format it, the original 2 will remain and another 6 to 8 entries will
be generated as the usb disk is formatted. You can select one of the
entries and install an iso to it, so all of that appears to work fine,
just the list is broken.
