HP 6710b Laptop running 11.10 alpha3. Clean install. The LED on laptop
displaying speaker mute is lit after 30 seconds from boot. if the mute
button is pushed the on screen notification shows muted volume, a second
press will restore the volunme and the light will go out but 30 seconds
later it will light up again with an audible click from the speakers.
Again the volume is actually up.
