Public bug reported:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=551339 identifies the problem
and the fix but the fix never made it into Ubuntu, even 11.04.
If you try to copy a folder from a WebDAV share, instead of copy the
folder (and its contents) you get an html link file that points to the
WebDAV location.
