1. In Character Map's "Character Table", use the arrow keys or a
trackpad gesture to scroll up and down.

What happens: The scrollbar stays where it is.

What should happen: The scrollbar moves to show where you are.

The scrollbar does move when you drag it, but then stays there once more
for as long as you drag any other way.
