Eureka (I found it!!!) Again I deleted every thing of Calibre from my PC, cleaned register and so on. I found out that by removing Calibre from the PC in the dir AppData / Roaming the directory of calibre not was deleted. After deleting this dir and reinstall Calibra, everything works fine again!! I wil go on with this magnificant program!!!!
