apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected natty running-unity

** Description changed:

I couldn't get bluetooth to become enabled in 11.04. Things I have done
include three fresh installs (with and without updates), followed various
"suggestions" including these http://www.phlerion.com/blog/exopc/exopc-ubuntu/
, reset bios to defaults, ensured bluetooth is operational on Win7 partition
and reviewed bug#736788 - all without success. Bluetooth icon is available but
says it is disabled and will not enable.
  11.04 2.6.38-10 (generic) Gnome 2.32.1
