Binary package hint: libboost-date-time-dev
There is a file included with upstream boost distribution called
"date_time_zonespec.csv" (it's in /boost_1_33_1/libs/date_time/data/).
Unfortunately it is not a part of any boost package in Ubuntu. I suppose
it should be added to libboost_date_time dev package (but perhaps its
non-devel counterpart would be a better option).
Missing file contains common timezone data to be used by boost-powered
programs.
