AppArmor issue.
Jeff, if it works without AppArmor but not with AppArmor, please do the
following:
1. Install AppArmor again.
2. Run the command
sudo aa-complain cupsd
3. Try again what did not work with AppArmor
4. Post all lines containing "audit" from /var/log/syslog here.
