pidgin-libnotify uses the function indicate_indicator_set_property_icon() which
has been renamed:

> 'indicate_indicator_set_property_icon' [-Wimplicit-function-declaration]
Attaching a debdiff to fix this:
pidgin-libnotify (0.14-4ubuntu9) oneiric; urgency=low
* Port to libindicate 0.6 API: replace indicate_indicator_set_property_icon()
with indicate_gtk_indicator_set_property_icon().
