Binary package hint: coreutils
Cisco's VPN client has an installation script that calls "chown 4111" on
a file in its installation directory, then later calls "chgrp -R bin" on
the whole directory. This resets the file's suid bit on Ubuntu 6.06,
but has never done that on the current and earlier versions of Fedora
Core 4 (the distribution I just moved from).
