I experience this too on a 64 bit Oneiric setup (fully updated as of today).
When you mouse over the link, it shows an underline as expected, but right-clicking and selecting Open Link in Browser does nothing (my default browser is Firefox 7.0). There is no error or anything changing on the display. Basically nothing happens.
