Public bug reported:

On certain pages, I have trouble seeing the global menu until I change
focus from Firefox to something else and then back.

I'm running test-browser.py from qa-regression-testing.

This occurs on the Java Dither test
(http://java.sun.com/applets/jdk/1.4/demo/applets/DitherTest/example1.html)
and the Cert warning test.
