Public bug reported:

When running the installer it tries to mount the existing partitions to
scan them for importable accounts. It does so without any warning an
replays the journals. In case these partitions contain a suspended Linux
or other OS this cannot work out well.

To reproduce:

 - run the installer
 - click through the steps until it offers guided setup on a disk
 - select guided setup on an empty disk and click next

result: your partitions on any other disks are mounted and journal
replayed. In case you had a suspended (hibernated) system on the disk
resuming it would lead to almost certain data corruption.

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
