Swapped out NEC ND-3540A optical drive with ND-2510A, and was able to install using 3540-made full-speed burn of 11.04.
Is it odd that 3540 can't read its own burn? Also, if hardware (read) is to blame, why was this not caught during burn verify (using cdbxp)? Any further info on performing CDIntegrityCheck?
