Still the case with
lightdm:

Left click is ok and displays drop-down menus.
Right click on empty space locks indicators (which btw. look well integrated
now).
Then a click on the button to view available sessions also doesn't work.
Mouse click to bring pwd field into keyboard focus works and allows to login.
