I never suggested backporting. I didn't even mention Natty; I was
referring to Ubuntu in general.

With regard to design, the boundaries are very fuzzy as there is no
actual code. A design bug is more of a usability issue.
Marking 'Fix Released' in Ayatana Design. It will make it clear to other
users searching for this issue between now and the release of Oneiric.
