Public bug reported:
If gm-notify "Inbox" link is clicked and no instance of Google Chrome is
opened, a separate instance of Chrome is opened in the Launcher with
it's own icon even though Chrome is already pinned to the Launcher. The
new browser window opened should be married to the existing Launcher
icon not a new instance.
