Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception: Xubuntu is considering switch to blueman for bluetooth support. New version fixes almost all RC bugs in Debian and is about to be uploaded to unstable (staged on mentors.debian.net). A separate FFe will be file for the actual xubuntu change. No visible rdepends.
