I found a fix with Kubuntu 7.04 / Openoffice 2.2 / Bibus. Uninstalling all openoffice components and reinstalling openoffice.org seems to fix this. No problems with Bibus afterwards. Encountered problem with both the beta cd as well as the final cd.
