Colin said that in order to produce the Chinese Ubuntu Edition in the
data center, we need ubuntu-defaults-builder in main. It is a tool to
produce a skeleton source package for a defaults package, and a script
ubuntu-defaults-image which builds an ISO out of that. It has proper
test cases, no relevant i18n of its own (it's a developer tool), no
compiled parts, and has test cases for the debhelper and skeleton parts.
