Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ksynaptics

Using Kubuntu Feisty Fawn (7.04) on the laptop described in
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/HPZE4950EA ). While typing
tapping on the synaptics touchpad is disabled however scrolling is not.
This is a problem since some programs, such as Firefox, interpret
scrolling in certain directions as a "back" signal, causing them to
change the current site the user is typing in.

I think that it would be a good idea to disable scrolling as well as
tapping.

Keep up the good work! :)
