Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ksynaptics
Using Kubuntu Feisty Fawn (7.04) on the laptop described in (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/HPZE4950EA ). While typing tapping on the synaptics touchpad is disabled however scrolling is not. This is a problem since some programs, such as Firefox, interpret scrolling in certain directions as a "back" signal, causing them to change the current site the user is typing in. I think that it would be a good idea to disable scrolling as well as tapping. Keep up the good work! :) ** Affects: ksynaptics (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- Synaptics Scrolling Not Disabled while typing https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/112061 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Team, which is a bug contact for ksynaptics in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
