Public bug reported:
The VirtualBox OSE Manager window can be lost in Unity:
1. Open VirtualBox OSE Manager
2. Start a VM
3. Close VirtualBox OSE Manager window
The intuitive way to get the Window back in Unity would be:
1. Click on the VirtualBox icon in the dock (which brings VM to the foreground)
2. From the VM window's menu. (no option exists.)
Workaround:
Run "virtualbox" from gnome-terminal.
The existing behavior of VirtualBox is very intuitive with the
traditional GUI. It's a jsut mismatch with Unity's new paradigm. I
would classify it as a usability issue when running under Unity, though.
