* debian/cgroup-bin.cgconfig.upstart and debian/cgroup-lite.cgroups-mount:
mount /sys/fs/cgroup with mode=0755 so unprivileged users can't create
files. (LP: #838380)
* debian/cgroup-lite.cgroups-umount: only umount valid cgroups.
