Public bug reported:

There is problem during working on CD-RW ( Ubuntu 11.10 ) under Ubuntu 11.04. 
Once time i choice to add Ubuntu11.10 disk to repositories synaptic demand it 
during upgrade. This time I download fresher daily-live ISO and need to erase 
it. 
   Unable (1) to erase because disk is busy.
   Unable (2) to unmount disk because: You are not root.
   Unable (3) to ubdatate: file not found (???).
I had to delete disk from repositories and unmount /media/apt ( as root )
