I'm also affected by this bug (11.04 amd64). It only happens when I'm using Clementine (Music Player) and add a track by dragging it from the music-library to the playlist. Clementine doesn't even have to be maximized! As soon as i start dragging, the Dock becomes visible and gets stuck.
