Temp. solution: 1) rm -f /etc/killpower 2) chmod -R g+w /etc/nut/ 3) edit upsmon.conf and change POWERDOWNFLAG /etc/nut/killpower 4) service nut restart
After this all fine! UPS shutdowns correctly.
