** Description changed:

Environment: HP 6930p upgraded to Maverick (10.10) from Lucid (10.04)
  running with evolution 2.30.3-1ubuntu

  Description: Ubuntu 10.10
  Release: 10.10

Problem: If the clock-applet from gnome-panel is open, displaying the
calendar, evolution tasks/memo/calendar will exit if evolution also
  displays the calendar.

  Procedure:

  1. Start evolution

  2. Select Calendar

  3. Select clock applet to display daily events

  Result:

  - Evolution creates popup "The Evolution tasks have quit unexpectedly. Your
tasks will not be available until Evolution is restarted.
   - This is followed by one from Memos and Calendar.
  - Email apparently still works but not calendar

Running in a terminal, we can see 'segmentation fault', however gdb does
not trap a sigsegv although the popups occur.

Problem did not occur with the latest version from 10.04.

  Only debug output is
