Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pythoncad

When using pythoncad 0.1.33-2 in Ubuntu 7.04 (amd64), after closing all
windows, the process remains running. Starting pythoncad for a new
purpose will start a second (or thrd, fourth, etc.) pythoncad process.
I am also able to replicate this issue with pythoncad 0.1.35-1 in a
Ubuntu Gutsy development snapshot (4 May 2007). Closing with the
File...Quit menu item works fine.

Additionally, in Gutsy, closing the last window with File...Close results in
the following error:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/var/lib/python-support/python2.5/PythonCAD/Interface/Gtk/gtkimage.py",
