Whoops, xenwatch had a Packages-arch-specific entry that caused it to
only get a build record on i386, not amd64. I've fixed P-a-s and will
do a no-change upload of xenwatch tomorrow (once I'm sure my fix has
propagated) to force creation of an amd64 build record (unfortunately
this is usually the easiest way).
After that this removal and that of xenner should be possible.
