Public bug reported:

Lubuntu.net argues that it is a "more lightweight and energy saving
variant of Ubuntu".

Thus I think that the default screen saver should be blank.

Basically, a screensaver instead of a blank screen :
- uses more CPU
- uses more GPU
- uses more memory
- reads more data from disk (possibly preventing it from sleeping)

If Lubuntu actually wants to spare energy, then it should set the blank
screensaver by default.
