Public bug reported: I have just loaded Lucid on a new laptop and have subsequently started loading the ppa kubuntu-desktop-kde, in doing so, I am missing a *lot* of packages such as liblua50. This is because I am in Switzerland, and you are using a broken download site ch.archive.ubuntu.com. Switching to using fr.archive.ubuntu.com has all the needed packages.
You sure don't make figuring out how to submit a bug report simple -- sorry this is a "download" bug, but it wanted a package name.
