Public bug reported:
gnome-screenshot shows a flash effect *after* screenshot dialog is
shown, 6-7 seconds after pressing PrintScreen.
Flash effect should be immediate, as it is visual feedback to pressing
PrintScreen.
Screenshot dialog should be displayed within 2 seconds of pressing PrintScreen.
