Thank you Ray for pointing this out. The last problem will be fixed when the branch attached gets merged. The problem was unity 2d lost the support for non ascii but it was fixed and is now waiting to be merged.

The problem with false positives and new folders not getting indexed is not a bug contained under unity-2d or unity-lens*.
