Public bug reported:
Create any simple HTML page with cursor set in CSS to "help". When you
have mouse pointer over object with "help" cursor... cursor dissapears.
Not only valid to "help" cursor, see other ones at
http://www.echoecho.com/csscursors.htm
Feisty 7.04, clean install.
