Thanks for the info, i thought i had to file the bug by hand because it was not 
directly related to the package itself but to the packaging.
I read the 3.1.90 number from apt logs, and also apport says that pkg name is 
gnome-accessibility-themes-3.1.90-0ubuntu1, in Ubuntu 11.10 "Oneiric Ocelot" - 
Beta i386 (20110901)
Also from the publishing history of gnome-accessibility-themes i386 
(https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/i386/gnome-accessibility-themes) it seems 
that was published on 2011-09-02.; and  the name of the package is 
gnome-accessibility-themes, not gnome-themes-standard, i'm sorry.
