Thanks for the info, i thought i had to file the bug by hand because it was not directly related to the package itself but to the packaging. I read the 3.1.90 number from apt logs, and also apport says that pkg name is gnome-accessibility-themes-3.1.90-0ubuntu1, in Ubuntu 11.10 "Oneiric Ocelot" - Beta i386 (20110901) Also from the publishing history of gnome-accessibility-themes i386 (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/i386/gnome-accessibility-themes) it seems that was published on 2011-09-02.; and the name of the package is gnome-accessibility-themes, not gnome-themes-standard, i'm sorry.
