Public bug reported:
Description: Ubuntu oneiric (development branch)
Release: 11.10
eagle:
Installed: 5.11.0-3
Candidate: 5.11.0-3
Version table:
*** 5.11.0-3 0
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
eagle-data:
Installed: 5.11.0-3ubuntu1
Candidate: 5.11.0-3ubuntu1
Version table:
*** 5.11.0-3ubuntu1 0
500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric/multiverse amd64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
How to reproduce:
Install eagle-data, then install eagle, run apt-get/synaptic/etc and no
problems occur.
What happens instead:
Eagle's package expects eagle-data version 5.11.0-3, but finds 5.11.0-3ubuntu1
instead. Should be an easy fix, but I don't know how to. For now I'm using dpkg
-i --force-depency to install it and it's been running fine.
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of eagle:
eagle depends on eagle-data (= 5.11.0-3); however:
Version of eagle-data on system is 5.11.0-3ubuntu1.
** Affects: eagle (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
