I just did a "sudo apt-get update" and then "sudo apt-get upgrade".
I do have a firefox installation in my home directory with firefox 6.0.1 (to
have the latest version) and /usr/bin/firefox linked to it (through a custom
script). I guess that might cause problems during upgrades.
