Unfortunately, this isn't so much a problem with the test in Checkbox as
it is your MMC reader.

We've see this issue alot on machines that have certain models of MMC
readers built in. IN many cases, the MMC reader in a machine is seen as
a USB device, and the kernel never enumerates a block device until a
card is actually inserted into the reader.

However, on SOME readers, you'll find that at least one, and possibly
more, "functions" of the reader are presented as block devices to the
kernel regardless of whether there's a card inserted or not. So, it's
entirely possible for a reader that supports SD/SDHC, MMC, MSP cards to
actually present 3 block devices even though there are no cards actually
inserted at all.

This causes the test to see several non-existant block devices when it's
probing for disk devices.

There's nothing really to do with this as it's a problem with certain
readers.

However, I'll set this to Wishlist as I personally would like to see a
way around this, even though we've been trying to find a reliable method
to get around this for some time now.
