Public bug reported:
I don't know exactly how to reproduce this, since the behavior seems
spurious. But sometimes when I have two terminals behind a browser
window. Then I switch to another virtual desktop, and when I switch back
to the one with the browser and terminals, the terminals are now
suddenly in front of the browser. Sometimes one, sometimes both.
Also, sometimes when this happens I can't switch focus to one of the
terminals using the mouse (I have "focus-follow-mouse").
