- Fixes crash if not logged into Ubuntu One (LP: #781119)

- Dropped, applied upstream
* debian/patches/dynamic-timeout.patch:
- Backported from trunk, to allow longer timeouts for larger packets
* debian/rules:
- Run test suite during build
