I7-2600 on sandy bridge board goes in to slow mode due to interrupt problems.
(Ubuntu 2.6.38-11.48-generic 2.6.38.8)
Two to three times a day this occurs:

The system is then slow until i disable and re-enable networking.
Probably due to Ethernet being on IRQ16.
