Thanks for reporting this bug. It looks like it could be a toolchain bug, though the fingerprint also looks very similar to that which we got when libvirt was not properly papering over libpciaccess' lack of concurrency support.
Can you reproduce this at will? How exactly are you shutting down the VM? With the 'Force off' button in virt-manager?
