Maybe the same bug as reported in #95487, but some info added:
I crashed in Calc at "View"-"Toolbars", only "Formatting" and "Standard"
checked, I select "View"-"Toolsbars"-"Customize"-"Toolbars
tab"-"Toolbars:Standard"-"Commands:Open..."-"Modify button"-"Change icon" from
dropdown. This time I got "Due to an unexpected error.." message.
The original problem was that I had only texts on menu bar. In
"View"-"Toolsbars"-"Customize"-"Toolbars tab"-"Toolbar button" whichever I
chose from "Icons only"/"Text only"/"Icons & Texts", I had only texts. At this
point I tried the "Modify button"-"Change icon" and got crashed.
