  After installing the LibreOffice global menu extension does not allow to
- immediately create a footer or header in any specific page style, if
- there is more that just one page style present in the file only option
- that seems to work is enable and disable the headers and footer in all
- pages (this is not possible with documents with just one kind of page
- style). Only way to possible create footers and headers with global menu
- enabled is to in the format menu and select the page settings. This only
- bug only seems to happen when using Portuguese in the interface.
