@ Charlie Kravetz, Mackenzie Morgan: I wasn't thinking about a movement of the icon from the System Menu to the "Xfce Control Panel", but about having both because a user would expect to find a Printer Manager in the Control Panel, and it will look more complete as well. I've made a quick mockup you can see below.
