Binary package hint: flac

My history -- installed Kubuntu Edgy, kept up-to-date with the automatic
thingy, upgraded to Feisty (but crashed during the final cleanup stage,
system continues to work as normal), FLAC package never installed.

Here's what happens when I try to install flac (4th may 20:10 GMT):
