Public bug reported:
Often (but not always), when first right-clicking an item in the
launcer, items in the context menu that pops up does not highlight on
mouseover and (more crucially) can not be selected. Only when right-
clicking a second time on a launcher item will the context menu work
properly. (See attached screencast.)
I have not been able to determine under which circumstances this
behavior happens.
