Probably worth spending the time to sort this out properly so we can
straight sync from Debian; will required a little more work on a few
packages:
libcommons-fileupload-java-universe - drop
libcommons-fileupload-java - Resync from Debian - needs FFE as minor version
upgrade - minimal change however
Update reverse-build-deps:
libspring1.2-java - Ubuntu change to revert to using non -universe
version of above
solr - Ubuntu change to revert to using non -universe version of above
libspring-2.5-java - Resync from Debian
libspring-java - Resync from Debian - needs FFE as minor version upgrade
I'll work on this today.
