True. with an ssd drive things are different. However, the approach I
suggested would work for you as well, as you interrupted typing to start
the app it doesn't have to be in the background. I'm sure there is a way
to tell whether the user is typing or not. Also, what about dialog boxes
for say wireless passwords and other such "popup" style applications....
do you think they should start in the foreground or background?
