@Alberto, sorry for taking my time, but I had to install Oneiric on a SD-card due to a lack of other test devices (I usually do everything in virtualbox). I do not have any screen corruption on my laptop using a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series with the fglrx driver.
